A few quick stats from this year’s Solheim Cup, according to the Elias Sports Bureau:

5 – Nelly Korda and Allisen Corpuz won the Friday morning session's first match, pushing their Solheim Cup record as a tandem to 5-0-0. All five matches were in foursomes play. They tied Laura Davies and Alison Nicholas (5-4-0, 5 points) for the most points earned by a duo (5) in Solheim Cup history. Korda and Corpuz are also the first Solheim Cup duo to win five consecutive matches.

.883 – Lauren Coughlin 1.5 points Friday, improving her lifetime Solheim Cup record. Coughlin was 4-0-2 (.833) after Day 1, the highest winning percentage for any player with at least five matches.

7 – This is the seventh time the Solheim Cup has been tied entering the final round. Over the previous six occasions, the home team went 5-0-1.

2 – The Solheim Cup rookie tandem of Nastasia Nadaud and Mimi Rhodes won its morning foursomes match Saturday after winning a four-ball match Friday. They became the first rookie duo to win twice.

20 – The European Team won the 20th Solheim Cup 15-13. The overall series stands at 11-8-1 in favor of the U.S. Team. The European Team leads 6-3-1 when the Cup is played on European soil.

4 – Alison Lee overcame a 4-down deficit to win her singles match against Esther Henseleit, the largest comeback victory in recorded Solheim Cup history. She is the first player in Solheim Cup history to go 4-0-0 or better for the losing side.

4 – Linn Grant led the European Team by winning all four of her matches. Having gone 0-4-0 in 2024, she is the first player in Solheim Cup history to earn at least four points after earning zero points in her most recent previous appearance.

1 – Carlota Ciganda secured the winning point for Europe with a 4-and-2 singles victory over Saturday's hero, Jennifer Kupcho. Having secured the decisive point in Europe's 2023 Cup retention, Ciganda became the second player in history to earn the clinching point twice. Catriona Matthew secured victories for the European Team in 2003 and 2013.
